My local city of Oxford has a deep and historic connection with its rivers and canal; these waterways are diverse environments that sustain a variety of human and natural habitats and activities.
Inspired by the historic works of Oxford photographer Henry William Taunt (1842–1922), this ongoing project explores old and new relationships between Oxford and its waterways, and how those relationships have changed over time in terms the evidence of decay, regeneration and renewal.
